2017 was an important year for Ferrari. The historic and iconic Italian manufacturer made its first car and came into existence as a car manufacturer in 1947 with the 125 S, and 2017 marked the legendary brand’s 70th anniversary. As a result, Ferrari celebrated its long history and highly respected brand with various special cars, and this 2017 Ferrari F12berlinetta is one of them. Based on the powerful V12-powered Ferrari grand tourer, this F12berlinetta features a classic-inspired front-mounted V12 engine and rear-wheel drive, a formula that has birthed some of the world’s greatest sports cars, especially from the Prancing Horse.
Classic inspiration is even more of a factor with this special car. It was created as a one-off through Ferrari’s Tailor Made program, and instead of sporting Ferrari’s iconic red, it is finished in an elegant two-tone with Marrone Fer 800/C metallic brown on the body, and Vinaccio on the pillars and roof. That’s because the configuration is inspired by the 1953 Ferrari 250 Europa Coupe by Vignale, and as such, the interior is finished in stunning Crema leather. It’s part of a group of 70 different historic Ferrari liveries that the Tailor Made department created, each featured on one example of each of the 5 models Ferrari had in its lineup. This stunning, elegant, one-of-one Ferrari F12berlinetta is available for sale at Cauley Ferrari of Detroit in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and it’s an opportunity that Ferrari collectors shouldn’t want to miss.
