Anand Mahindra, the Chairman of Mahindra and Mahindra, is renowned for his active presence on social media platforms. With a strong affinity for products from the Mahindra stable, he is a proud owner of several Mahindra cars that he regularly uses. Here are some of the vehicles that Anand Mahindra owns and enjoys.
Mahindra Bolero Invader
During his younger days, Anand Mahindra purchased the Invader, which was one of the first cars he ever owned. Derived from the popular Bolero SUV, the Invader was a three-door SUV that gained popularity among buyers in the market. With a shorter wheelbase and a sportier appearance, it was designed to cater to customers seeking a lifestyle-oriented SUV experience. Even today, the Invader retains its charm and continues to attract customers in the market.

Mahindra TUV300
Shortly after the TUV300 was launched in the market, Anand Mahindra acquired a specially customized variant for his personal use. This vehicle was equipped with the official Armour Kit, adding an extra layer of toughness to the already rugged-looking TUV300. The Armour Kit included wider wheel arches, a protective hull on the bonnet, roof-mounted auxiliary lamps, additional plastic cladding all around the vehicle, and black-colored side steps. To further enhance its appearance, Mahindra chose a striking battle green shade that gives the vehicle a tank-like presence.
Mahindra TUV300 Plus
Anand Mahindra decided to get another customized vehicle, this time opting for the larger TUV300 Plus. He affectionately named the car “Grey Ghost.” Similar to his previous customizations, this unit was specially tailored for Anand Mahindra’s preferences and featured a unique steel-grey shade. However, due to the intricate customizations involved, Anand Mahindra playfully complained about the wait time, jokingly suggesting that the folks at Mahindra were keeping him waiting.
Mahindra Scorpio Classic
The timeless Scorpio has been a favorite among enthusiasts and the off-roading community for many years. Anand Mahindra himself has owned a Scorpio for an extensive period of time.
His particular model is the 4X4 variant, boasting a sleek black finish. Although Anand Mahindra has been spotted driving the Scorpio in the past, recent sightings of him behind the wheel of this vehicle have been rare. Currently, Mahindra is focused on developing a successor to the Scorpio, expected to be launched by the end of this year or at the beginning of the next.
Mahindra Alturas G4
Some time ago, Anand Mahindra added the flagship Alturas G4 to his collection of cars. Seeking input from his followers, he asked for suggestions to name his new acquisition. Among thousands of replies, Anand Mahindra decided on the name “Baaz” for his Alturas G4. As a token of appreciation, he gifted a diecast model of the Alturas G4 to the individual who proposed the chosen name.
