Pagani Automobile’s annual hypercar drive, the Pagani Raduno, has kicked off in California. Customers from all over the globe are attending the exclusive event with their uber-expensive machines.
The highlight of this year’s rally has to be the magnificent Huayra Codalunga. The automaker has shared images of a gold example driving down some twisties.
The Codalunga is the “long tail” version of the Huayra. Only 5 examples have been built, each with a base price of $7.5 million. It uses the same 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine as the regular Huayra coupe. It packs 827 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a 7-speed sequential gearbox.
Some of the other cars attending this year’s event include a few Huayra Roadsters and BCs from in and around the US. The famous Huayra ‘The King’ is also part of the cavalcade.
