Adrian Sutil has crashed his Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport!
Sorry, that was a bit exaggerated. But, the car indeed had a minor scruff after it bumped into a Mercedes. A video posted on Instagram shows the driver attempting to parallel park the Pur Sport somewhere in Monaco. As you can see, the car reverses straight into a Mercedes. Now, we are not sure if Adrian was at the wheel at the time. However, it would most likely be the valet.
The video doesn’t reveal the extent of the damage on the Bugatti either. We suspect it could be nothing more than a minor scratch.
Adrian Sutil owns a rather unique Chiron Pur Sport. It’s called the ‘Green Rhapsody’ after the dual-tone colour scheme of silver and green carbon fibre. It even has the optional aero-optimized wheels.
The Chiron Pur Sport is powered by an 8.0-liter, quad-turbo W16 engine, which pumps out 1500 hp and 1180 lb-ft. 0-62 mph comes up in 2.3 seconds, while top speed is limited to 217 mph. The Pur Sport is designed for the racetrack and features a stiffer suspension and shorter gear ratios. The aero is also tuned for higher downforce to aid cornering.
